I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were somewhat dingy but the ones around the main pool are lovely. The service was very nice and helpful, and the location in Cuernavaca was pretty. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms, though showing some hardcore wear and tear, are lovely and quite simple. The service was very nice and helpful, and the location, like an oasis of calm in the bustle of Cuernavaca, is much nicer and caters to a higher caliber crowd. The dining experience was very good and set me up for the day. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor drawbacks.
